Amy Woodruff, ARNP
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner
Amy Woodruff is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner/Cosmetic Injector that has been injecting neuromodulators and facial fillers for over 16 years. She is the owner and founder of Face Medical Aesthetics previously Pearl Medical Aesthetics. She has worked for over 10 years in plastic surgery and has an in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy. Amy attends annual and periodic training to update on injectable products and new injection techniques. She has trained numerous nurses and physicians on anatomy and facial injectables. Additionally, she is a national trainer for Allergan Medical Institute.
She has an experienced, artistic eye, and an attention to light reflection and restoration of facial anatomy. Amy’s advanced training, education and experience allows her to correct animation and volume deficit in almost any area of the face.
Robert Kregenow, MD, MPH
Dr. Kregenow
Dr. Kregenow received his Medical Doctorate degree at Temple University, additionally he has a Masters Degree in Public Health from St Louis University. Dr. Kregenow has spent over 25 years in pediatrics and emergency medicine. He was first introduced to aesthetics when he met his wife Amy Woodruff, he gained much interest in aesthetics and was drawn to this field because it allows him to combine his artful and creative side with his deep understanding of anatomy and the aging process. He also has developed a skilled eye at assessing the aging face.
Cayla Dua, RN
Registered Nurse / Cosmetic Injector
With nearly four years of experience in aesthetic medicine- and a nursing career dedicated entirely to this field- Cayla is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. She specializes in creating natural, confidence- boosting results through facial harmonization, enhancing each patient’s unique features while maintaining balance and authenticity.
Cayla takes time to thoughtfully consult with every patient, prioritizing education and open communication to ensure they feel informed and cofident in their treatment plan. She values collaboration and enjoys working closely with other members of the team to deliver comprehensive, result- driven care. Dedicated to continuous growth, Cayla stays current with the latest trends and techinques by attending advanced trainings and continuing education courses, ensuring her patients always recieve the highest standard of aesthetic care.
Outside of work, Cayla enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, finding balance and inspiration in the simple moments that fuel her passion for helping others feel their best.
Kaylana Rottle, LMA
LICENSED MASTER Aesthetician
With over 14 years in the esthetics industry, Kaylana is a master aesthetician with a deep passion for skincare. Her journey began in 2010, fueled by her own struggles with adult acne and melasma. This personal experience led her to develop a results-driven approach, focusing on the root causes of skin concerns rather than just surface symptoms.
Kaylana tailors each treatment plan to her clients’ unique needs, combining advanced techniques with a progressive, customized approach. She stays up to date with the latest industry trends through ongoing education and holds certifications in lasers, BBL, chemical peels, microneedling, Diamond Glow, and more.
Known for delivering optimal results in a welcoming and educational environment, Kaylana believes in the power of medical-grade skincare to maintain healthy, radiant skin. When she’s not helping clients achieve skin confidence, she enjoys making memories with family and friends.
Brynn Woodruff
Patient Concierge
Brynn Woodruff is a Patient Concierge at FACE Medical Aesthetics, dedicated to providing a welcoming and organized experience for patients. She is currently attending Tacoma Community College after spending a year studying in San Diego before moving back home. In her free time, Brynn enjoys working out and thrift shopping, always staying active and on the lookout for unique finds.
